The Stockton Inn has recently welcomed Laurence Wallace as Executive Chef. A graduate of the exclusive Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island and their executive chef program, Mr. Wallace’s creativity in the kitchen has developed with many years of experience at some of the finest restaurants in Houston, Philadelphia, and Boca Raton. His Houston experience included many preparations for a number of presidents traveling through the area. Boca Raton Florida, the home of two of the finest 5 Star restaurants in Florida, offered Laurence the opportunity to craft his extensive European skills through a demanding and rigorous training program.
Mr. Wallace is intimately familiar with unique Americana and European styles tempered from many menus over a 20 year career in the industry. His creativity has no bounds.
New menu creations will evolve for The Stockton Inn “Americana with a cosmopolitan flare”, catering to both the strong local clientele as well as a significant following of city weekenders, visiting from New York City and Philadelphia. |
