Chef Max Hansen collaborates on a prix fixed 5-Course Salmon Dinner.

This is a bit of a homecoming for Chef Hansen, who owns Max Hansen Caterer and Max Hansen Carversville Grocery, as Hansen was chef and business partner at the Stockton Inn between 2003 and 2006. Chef Hansen is the author of the best-selling cookbook Smoked Salmon, Delicious Innovative Recipes. Hansen, who smokes more than 1,000 lbs. of salmon per year in his Bucks County, PA smokehouse, has been recognized by "Food & Wine" and "Bon Appetit" for producing some of the best smoked salmon anywhere.

Chef Hansen will split his time between the kitchen and dining areas during the launch on June 3rd, and will have copies of his book available for sale.
