Rediscover the historic totally new Stockton Inn.

Our Guest Chef Tasting Menu series kicks-off with this collaboration
with chef, author and salmon expert Max Hansen.

This is a bit of a homecoming for Chef Hansen, who owns Max Hansen Caterer and Max Hansen Carversville Grocery, as Hansen was chef and business partner at the Stockton Inn between 2003 and 2006. Chef Hansen is the author of the best-selling cookbook Smoked Salmon, Delicious Innovative Recipes. Hansen, who smokes more than 1,000 lbs. of salmon per year in his Bucks County, PA smokehouse, has been recognized by "Food & Wine" and "Bon Appetit" for producing some of the best smoked salmon anywhere.

Note - By popular demand, the 'Salmon Days' Guest Chef Tasting Menu has been extended through Sunday July 12th.
