Join us for an intimate, volcanic-themed wine dinner with Peter Molnar, co-founder of Obsidian Wine Co., whose wines are shaped by fire, fog, and ancient lava flows.

Wines shaped by fire. Stories forged in stone. On Wednesday, October 1st, we welcome Peter Molnar—co-founder of Obsidian Wine Co.—for an intimate dinner celebrating the elemental power of volcanic winemaking. Grown in the shadow of dormant volcanoes and aged in the winery’s own coopered barrels, these wines are wild, balanced, and deeply expressive.

Hosted by sommelier Nikki Palladino in our Private Dining Room, this intimate experience includes four Obsidian wines paired with four seasonal courses that highlight earth, smoke, and spice. Peter will guide guests through the story of each wine, from vineyard to barrel to bottle.

All wines will be available for retail purchase—just in time for the cooler season ahead.
