Join sommelier Nikki Palladino for a wine dinner that explores the nuanced and nature-driven wines of the Pacific Northwest. From Oregon’s world-class Pinot Noirs to Washington’s bold reds and crisp whites, each pour will be paired with a family-style course from Chef Bob Truitt that brings out the best in each region.

A relaxed, informative, and delicious evening in the Main Dining Room. Come curious, leave a little more confident in your wine game. All wines will be available for retail purchase.
