Join us on November 5 for an extraordinary evening featuring the wines of GAJA, hosted in our Private Dining Room with a special guest: the winery’s ambassador. From the volcanic slopes of Etna to the rolling hills of Barbaresco, you’ll taste four wines that define regions, styles, and legacies.

Sommelier Nikki Palladino will guide the evening, with thoughtful pairings crafted by our culinary team to match the elegance and complexity of each pour.

Wines include the 2024 Rossj Bass Chardonnay, 2022 IDDA Etna Rosso, 2022 Barbaresco, and the powerful 2019 Brunello from Pieve Santa Restituta.
